1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Since our products are natural and consumable items, we follow a strict no return policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety. However, we do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/replacement:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for eligible cancellations, wrong deliveries, or damaged/expired products.
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
